    September 2 & 3, 2026 | Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

  • Registration Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2026

    Flights and/or transportation for the Mercy Award winner and a guest will be arranged and covered by the facility. Please plan to arrive at the Embassy Suites in time for a cocktail reception at 6 pm CT, followed by the awards dinner at 7 pm CT on Wednesday, September 2. You may check in with the hotel beginning at 3 pm CT, and event registration is 3-6 pm CT. Please plan to provide a personal credit card for incidentals only.

    Departures will be on Friday, September 4 after an optional breakfast, provided by the hotel.

    All hotel room nights must be and will be booked via this conference registration (no need to reach out to the hotel directly). Hotel accommodations will be provided by Lifepoint for September 2-4, 2026. All requested hotel extensions will be at the personal expense of the attendee and upon hotel availability. If you are not able to find flights to travel same day to arrive in time for the awards dinner, please email Michele Bass at michele.bass@lpnt.net.
