Hotel Reservation Information

All guests will have a room booked at the hotel for the entirety of the event, with check-in occurring on June 1st and check-out occurring on June 5th.

If you wish to arrive earlier and/or stay later for extended personal travel, please indicate so below and we can book a room extension on your behalf. All room extensions are at your own expense at a roomrate of $595 + taxes & fees per room.
